My travel agent has just got back to me, and RCCL won't do anything their attitude is basically tough luck we've got your money. Which I think is bad considering I booked this cruise while on board one of their ships and was led to believe that I was getting the best deal possible. (I'll learn one of these days)
My travel agent did got in touch with her boss and because I'm a regular customer she got me a refund of the £160 I'd paid for parking, which was nice considering I'd not booked the parking through her firm. You'd think RCCL would have done something even as a gesture of good will considering the amount of cruises we've done with them which is over 20. Anyway I'll know in future not to book early :-)
